RECIPES SHOWN:
BREAKFAST – Cacao & Hazelnut Overnight Oats:
1 cup oats
1 cup almond milk: http://amzn.to/2eNNrEw
3 tbsp raw cacao powder: http://i.refs.cc/PtXrkjsu
2 tbsp maple syrup: http://amzn.to/2aub6Nd
1 tbsp hazelnut butter:http://amzn.to/2grWTh4
Toppings: Coconut cream, raspberries etc.
Add the oats to a bowl, then oven in a food processor blend the almond milk with the raw cacao powder, maple syrup and hazelnut butter until smooth. Pour over the oats and mix well. Set in the fridge overnight. Remove in the morning and add on toppings of choice.

LUNCH – Baked Beans on Baked Potato:
1 large potato/2 medium potatoes

Toppings: 1/2 avocado, parsley etc.
Wash and prick the potato then bake on 180 degrees celsius for 35-40 minutes. In the meantime, heat through the baked beans. Once the potato is cooked, serve and slice open, then add the baked beans on top as well as toppings of choice.

SNACK – Green Juice:
1 large handful spinach
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 apple
1 thumb-sized piece ginger
Juice all of the ingredients together and serve cold.

DINNER – Spaghetti Marinara with Mushrooms (Serves 2):

100g mushrooms
Wholewheat spaghetti

Slice the mushrooms then fry them in a drop of olive oil in a small pan. Once cooked, add in the pre-made marinara sauce and heat through. Cook the spaghetti in a large pan in the meantime and once ready, drain then add the marinara, mushroom sauce to the large pan and follow by adding the spaghetti back in. Mix well then serve with nutritional yeast on top.

DESSERT – Choc Shot Hot Chocolate:

Heat the almond milk in a pan on a low heat. Pour into a cup then stir in the Choc Shot.
