How to Eat Healthy While Traveling
In this video, I’m going to share with you my top two tips on how to eat healthy while traveling. It can be difficult to eat healthy on-the-go. To help you overcome this challenge, I want you to follow two useful tips. First, I want you to pack some healthy foods ahead of your trip. Some great on-the-go foods are dried fruits like figs or apricots, and sprouted nuts likes almonds. You could even make a trail mix with some dark chocolate, coconut flakes, raisins, almonds, and dried fruit. Another great on-the-go option is a food bar (like Epic food bars) made of grass-fed meat and dried fruit. Veggies in a container for the car, grass-fed beef jerky, or Ezekiel cereal, are also easy, fast options.

Secondly, planning ahead is a vital part of eating healthy while traveling. Planning where you’re going to eat, finding healthy grocery stores and organic restaurants in the area will help you avoid temptation. While traveling, it’s hard to be perfect with eating healthy, so just do your best!

In this episode of The Global Health News, Ty and Charlene discuss the amazing work from their good friend, Ed Clay co-founder of CHIPSA Hospital, that has a new cancer killing treatment called IV CK3 (Vitamin C & K3).

The CHIPSA Hospital among other things has been using vitamin C to cure cancer in some cases and are constantly inventing new cancer treatments with intravenous vitamin C.

They’re also going to talk about the new alarming findings of a CDC funded study which raises the question, “are flu shots linked to spontaneous abortions?” It seems that the CDC has known about the flu shot dangers, mercury in flu shots, thimerosal in flu shots, and flu shots linked to miscarriages in pregnant women.

From there, they go on to take a look into the question, “can fear of cancer interfere with cancer treatments?”

A new study shows that there’s a link between stress hormones caused by fear of a cancer diagnosis may interfere with actual cancer treatments. It seems that living in fear can kill you.
